Sewell Call Center Agent
 
The Sewell Family of Companies, Inc. is seeking a talented and driven team member to join our Business Development Center in Fort Worth, TX. The Call Center Agent will be in charge of inbound and outbound calls for our clients needs at our Ford & Lincoln, Toyota, BMW, and Chevrolet GMC dealerships. Our perfect candidate has strong phone skills, knowledge of navigating conversations, and is an advocate and problem solver for each guest they assist over the phone.
 
This role is expected to be scheduled part time, with flexible shifts available.
 
QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficient on computer and multiline phone system
  • Customer service experience highly preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus!
 
Compensation
This role is intended to start at $12/hr
