Ford Warranty Administrator
 
 
Sewell Ford Lincoln of West Texas is looking for a detailed and efficient Warranty Administrator. This role will have the capacity to support the service operations by being dedicated to handling necessary processing of vehicle and customer information, assuring accuracy of repair orders, recalls, coverages, and claims.
 
 
Job Requirements:
Prior warranty, automotive, or dealership experience is required. Experience with Ford warranty claims processing, FMC dealer software, as well as Dealerbuilt or other DMS systems is highly preferred. A great candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and a be an active problem solver. Must have willingness to learn and attention to detail. This role will work hand in hand with the team of technicians, service advisors, and management. Technical knowledge of vehicle service to verify proper documentation of repairs is a great asset.
 
 
Compensation:
 Depends on experience, competitive salary with high experience level
 
 
Schedule:
 This role is scheduled to work Monday - Friday 8:00 - 6:00 p.m. & occasional Saturdays
