Phoenix Financial Customer Service Specialist

Our customer service specialist plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Customer Service Specialist serve as collections specialist who are responsible for working closely with accounts receivable while monitoring and maintaining records and account information, collecting debt owed to the organization, while using a variety of means to contact individuals for payment and reconciliation. The collections specialist keeps a customer service mindset while resolving issues, processing payments and adjustments, and dealing with discrepancies within the accounts receivable department.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner 100% of the time
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls according to dealership policies
  • Determine if the inquiry can be handled by the receptionist, and satisfy the customer's reason for calling, if possible
  • Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary
  • Ensure all invoice totals and receipts are accurate
  • Accept customer payments and post to appropriate accounts
  • Provide the customer with the proper charges
  • Provide the proper change and receipts to the customer
  • Handle and account for daily cash in and out of the assigned register
  • Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles
  • Present self as positive role model by demonstrating commitment to the department, customers, dealership and company
  • Data entry
  • Scan and file paperwork
  • Attend trainings and meetings.

 

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

Compensation

Compensation based on experience, paid hourly starting $10 - $12 / per hour
